Returns & Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Some products (customized items, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items) are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund including return shipping costs where applicable.
How to Return
Contact our support team at info@theauracompany.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization if your return is accepted. Do not send items back without authorization.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (faulty/damaged/incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of receipt and the result of the inspection. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable except where required by law.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, contact us and we will advise on availability and the exchange process. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following are examples of non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software, perishable goods, and items marked non-returnable. This list is not exhaustive—if in doubt, contact customer support.
